Stephanie E. Babin focuses her practice in the areas of mortgage default servicing and bankruptcy law. Ms. Babin represents several national lenders and loan servicers on their real property legal issues including post-foreclosure evictions, defense of secured claims in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, and defending lenders in commercial litigation. Her prior experience includes clerking for Boston’s Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, representing debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases, and handling civil matters at both the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Babin brings a well-rounded perspective to the firm in its representation of mortgagees in default matters and in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
