Dermot Doyne came to the law after a successful career as a real estate entrepreneur and serial award winning restaurateur. He has a proven track record of securing community support for mid-size real estate developments and multi-family housing (200-400 units), restaurants and bars, as well as procurement of full liquor, beer and wine licenses. He focuses his practice on representing business clients and investors before the Liquor Licensing Board, the Zoning Board, the Boston Planning & Development Authority (formerly known as the Boston Redevelopment Authority), and leverages his prior executive union experience in his Employment/Labor practice.
