Daniel Conroy has more than 20 years’ experience in the litigation and arbitration of complex commercial disputes. He is a skilled trial and appellate attorney whose practice includes contract litigation, the protection of intellectual property rights including, among other things, trade secrets/confidential information, trademark, trade dress, and the enforcement of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements. Mr. Conroy has also focused his practice on intra-company disputes involving the rights of shareholders in closely held corporations, partners, directors, and fiduciaries. In addition, Mr. Conroy has represented individuals and companies in all manner of disputes involving commercial and residential real estate.
Before joining Sassoon & Cymrot, Mr. Conroy was a partner with Schnader Harrison Goldstein & Manello in Boston. Mr. Conroy has appeared before both Massachusetts and Federal trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Judicial Court. His clients run the gamut from publicly traded corporations and national law firms to individuals and family owned businesses.
