Dennis is a trial lawyer fully engaged in all Massachusetts courts for over twenty-five years. He began his legal career at Sugarman and Sugarman, one of the most respected and nationally recognized personal injury firms in Boston.

He began his own litigation practice on State Street over twenty-five years ago and has focused his practice on representing injured persons and the families of those killed by the wrongful conduct of others. He has successfully resolved litigation matters involving the recovery of million dollar plus damages for his clients and their families, He has gained a reputation in the trial community as the lawyer form whom other lawyers seek advice and counsel and to whom other attorneys often seek referral of the most difficult and complex personal injury and general litigation matters.

Education:

Mr. Phillips received his bachelor's Degree in 1975 from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1980. He was on the editorial board of the Suffolk University Law Review. After graduating from Law School, he was the Law Clerk to the Hon. Maurice Bois at the New Hampshire Supreme Court, in Concord, new Hampshire. Most recently he was recognized with the Alumni Citation from Northfield Mount Hermon School, of the country's oldest and most prestigious secondary schools.
