Gus assists clients in the business community with their civil litigation and immigration matters. Gus is multilingual and is involved in various ethnic organizations within the Boston business community. A frequent lecturer and business author, Gus has successfully guided clients in a number of matters; specifically he:
  • worked on appeal of an award of damages under M.G.L. Chapter 93A, which resulted in a significant reduction of the award against our client;
  • assisted in the litigation and eventual settlement of major cases such as Berkowitz v. Legal Sea Foods, Inc.
  • worked on an appeal successfully preventing the U.S. government from attaching funds, which our client's debtor intended to use to pay our client.
When not practicing law, Gus enjoys reading, writing, listening to opera, or playing and watching soccer.
