Mr. Conroy has extensive experience in the litigation and arbitration of complex commercial disputes. He has represented clients in disputes involving trade secrets and intellectual property, non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, closely held corporations, shareholders, partners, fiduciaries, construction, mechanic's liens, commercial and residential real estate, secured creditors, products liability and trademark infringement.
Mr. Conroy has appeared before both Massachusetts and Federal trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Judicial Court. His clients run the gamut from publicly traded corporations and national law firms to individuals and family owned businesses.

Mr. Conroy graduated from Phillips Academy Andover in 1981, received a B.A. from Haverford College in 1985, and graduated, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law in 1990. At Boston University Mr. Conroy was named a G. Joseph Tauro Scholar as well as an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar.
