Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and actively practicing in both jurisdictions, Anthony M. Ambriano concentrates in the area of real estate tax abatements, representing both property owners and municipalities in cases involving major commercial properties such as hotels, regional shopping centers, office towers, high-tech and bio-tech facilities, and industrial properties. Mr. Ambriano has also represented buyers, sellers and lenders in connection with real estate and commercial transactions including hotels, office buildings, real estate brokerage companies and other significant properties and businesses.

Mr. Ambriano recently successfully represented, at the trial and appellate levels, the defendant in a precedent setting case regarding the doctrine of successor corporate liability in New Hampshire. He also recently successfully litigated, at the trial and appellate levels, a precedent setting case establishing the level of specificity required in an abatement application submitted to a local board of assessors by a New Hampshire property owner seeking property tax relief.

Mr. Ambriano has lectured on real estate tax abatement topics for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and for the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers.

Mr. Ambriano is a graduate of Columbia College and the Boston University School of Law.

Mr. Ambriano is admitted to the practice before the state courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
